Welcome to CloudMartPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudMartPro platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

CloudMartPro offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Sri Lanka. Misuse, unauthorized access, or any activity that compromises the security or performance of our platform is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data. CloudMartPro does not claim ownership of your data. We only process your data to provide and improve our Services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Our offline POS functionality ensures business continuity during internet outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudMartPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
